If we can’t find something to live for, we will find something to die for.
This one is a good one too, in the article as well.

It’s just an innocent bug that happens every update!
The only physical proof you can have of a person that lived before photography is a body. So no, Jesus did not have a publically marked grave and we do not have his bones.
That being said, there is a difference between proving something historically and proving it in the court of law. Historical evidence points to Jesus having been a person that lived around that time.
Fried chicken has historically been used to mock black culture, not celebrate it
Connect it to cheap mini computer or a raspberry Pi. There’s other streaming devices available but they usually cost the same as the other two options I mentioned and the cheaper ones are also filled with ads.
I’d rather have a full-blown computer anyways and there are ways to have it act more like a tv with a remote but still keep all the functionality if you need it.
Ya it’s a fine line I guess but any kind of gore goes directly into the “can be removed” category in my opinion. I fully understand if some mods want to keep the link up and some mods don’t and I won’t be judging either camp.
I’m just commenting on the fact that you specifically don’t really have a right to complain but that being said, the other posts that were deleted probably didn’t have gore in them.
I agree with the sentiment of your post and I won’t comment on the other posts that were banned but your image turns into hardcore gore half way through. Like hanged burned bodies and people leaking their brains.
Maybe it was removed for the wrong reason but it’s not as innocent as you make it seem.
If I’m finding a dungeon in the wild, I’m delving, and I have the education to know better. The post apocalyptic grunts stand no chance.
He should just not answer the question.
If I catch someone in just one lie, my estime of them usually plummets and I question most things they say afterwards. Not to mention lying about something obvious kind of makes you look schizophrenic.
If it’s about having your blog serve as AI training, it doesn’t really matter where you host it, it’s going to get scrapped and included in the data.
What we call a bear these days isn’t a bear.
Because languages change over time and words take on new different meanings.
I always found it fitting that the national bird is a vulture wearing makeup
I’m currently going to through the BBC classics ultimate story collection. I also liked the BBC radio 4 rendition of Dorian grey. The radio ones tend to have multiple voices and some special effects. I also loved the blade trilogy by Joe Abercrombie.
If you like sci-fi, I can recommend the children of time and deepness in the sky. Vernor vinge also has a novella in audio format called fast times at Ridgemont high.
Audio books are nice. I like short story collections where each story is maybe 20 to 40 minutes long.
Prices go up regardless of wage increases or thefts. Prices are coupled with only one thing and that is corporate greed.
Copyrights and IP laws don’t only come into effect if profit is made. Fan products are usually tolerated by companies because it’s free advertising and fans get angry when it does get taken down.
When a fan product starts making money, it’s usually because it directly competes with the original IP and then they act. Even then, Etsy has thousands of shops with copyrighted content but the small profit loss doesnt justify the loss of reputation for the companies.
That being said, it’s the user who uploads it who is at fault and not the tool used to create it.
Ultimately, I think it’s the platforms that let users upload copyrighted content and celebrity likenesses that should be at fault. Take for example the Taylor Swift debacle. An image generator was used to create the images sure but twitter chose to let it float on their website for a whole day even though it was most likely reported in the first 5 minutes.
There’s also the fact that if we start demanding AI doesn’t use copyrighted content, it kills the open source scene and cements Google and Microsoft’s grip on our economy as we move towards an AI driven society.
I’m only a few episodes in but if you like reading, I would give the book a go first.
The series isn’t bad and the direction they are going in is okay if a little different.
The main problem is they got rid of the whole mystery aspect of the book. They give the whole plot in the first episode while the book had me scratching my head the whole time.
It was controversial in China as well, the author had to reorganize the book because of it.
It’s also worth noting that the good guys and the bad guys where all Chinese in the book while the series kept the bad guys Chinese but changed all the scientist to Brits and what not.
More importantly, it hits way harder in the series than in the book. I would need to re-read it but I don’t think his wife was even there in the original. I found it much more impactful how it was done in the series.
I think it’s silly to get butthurt about your country’s past in such a way, just trying to give context.
