Yeah. Good thing we don’t fill up planes with flammable material today!

Thanks for the apology. I really hate the LGBT hate. I don’t understand what’s wrong with letting people live their own lives the way they want, if they aren’t physically affecting others. Shame my original post got downvoted so much. I didn’t think it was offensive.
Edit: also thank you for correcting my misconception over the law! I’ll make sure to correct people going forward.
Ok. Thanks for the clarification.
I will start by saying I am very open minded and really don’t agree with a lot of what Peterson says. I’m also pro LGBT and leaving people be who they are and love the life that makes them happy… But he’s right that we shouldn’t be forced to use someone’s pronouns. At the time there was discussion about making this a law. If someone wants to be a prick let them. Better to know who they are.
One airline now charges for carry on. Checking in a small bag is free!
Same reason poor people buy overpriced designer handbags. Status symbol…
Try Emby. Hardware acceleration works out of the box. It is paid though but I’m very happy with it for past few years.
I have similar setup but without PROXMOX. I tried it but never saw the benefit. Using ZFS for bitrot protection.
A lot of applications turn it on when you aren’t in the room.
Syncthing isnt a backup. Its just a synchronisation tool. If you delete a file it gets deleted everywhere.
That’s a recent development. I also though you had to get a specific build, not the normal one.
Debian? First time i installed it wanted to use CD for packages instead of online. Don’t know why. Second time it didn’t have wireless drivers as these were non free.
It’s a great distro but not for newbies.
Fedora all the way!
Is here too. So they had to take a whole month off in one go due to bad planning of holiday time.
I had someone boast that they had all their vacation days at the end of the year because they were so “devoted”. I just said it seems they have bad time management since this time off was included in schedules.
What’s the alternative?
First there was the spam bot then the scam bot and next up the slam bot!
Yeah the hardest part is making a habit. I’ve started to do a quick vacuum on the stairs once a day (cordless vacuum FTW) and it makes a big difference.
I always had an in between pile for the same reason. Clothes that weren’t freshly washed but weren’t dirty enough to wash. I like your idea of hooks. I might try it out.
Also good is to always put something back where it should be. Like my work badge is always in the front pinch of my laptop bag and the first thing I do when I finish work is put it back into that pouch.
I agree with you. If i had to add my password everytime I’d just add my personal account to sudo group.
Good security works with people, not against them.
