How about we steer toward better data privacy in general? Cars are collecting way too much data about us? So is everything else! We need sweeping legislation to claw back our privacy. We need a constitutional amendment guaranteeing a right to privacy.

In a town where I used to live there was a row of businesses that went CasketMart > Mortuary & Crematorium > Sausage Shop. Never went to any of them.
My first thought was to quickly go search to make sure mine is no longer searchable. That thing had some embarrassing stuff on it…

I don’t really disagree, but I think that was the original intent of the meme; to show Crowder as a complete chode by having him assert really stupid, deeply unpopular ideas.
The meme’s use has become too soft on Crowder lately, though, I think.
I’m fairly sure that the admins of lemmy.world said that we could expect a big spike in active users after the upgrade to 1.19 due to a change in how active users are calculated. I can’t seem to find the post now, though.

That’s true. They may not be factoring in government benefits. Things like universal health care.
We have one $450 Toto and one cheap one from Luxe that currently sells on Amazon for $63. I actually prefer the Luxe because it sprays harder. It just uses the ambient water pressure while the Toto self-pressurizes. I think my wife prefers the Toto because of the other functions like the heated seat and the preheated water.
When I have to poop away from home I feel like a barbarian. I seriously miss the bidets when I travel or have to poop at work.
