If only he was Santa…
“Liberty means responsibility. That is why most men dread it.”
“Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.”

If only he was Santa…
There’s public washrooms like this in a mall in Seattle, or at least there was a few years back. Half height stalls. When one is sitting the walls only come up to your elbows. One of the most bizarre setups for a public bathroom I’ve seen in my travels.
It’s a shame as their hybrid smart watch has been my go to for a few years now. Kind of reminds me of my old Pebble with the always on LCD screen. My gf also uses one too. The several days of battery life was another good feature
I think this was the stock that the eventual “he ducks” crowd came from
Well that’s one way get your daily allotment of between 10,000 and 20,000 specialized erotogenic nerve endings of several types for those that had their’s lobbed off.
Is this a plot to one of the latest PornHub not my sister, but step brother productions? If it was further south a arguement could be made not my step, but full brother…
I feel like an outsider on these debates. I totally agree we should be able to own forever.
In my case I find there is so much new TV and movies I rarely go back to re-watch shows or movies so owning them isn’t on my radar. It’s a challenge just to watch a whole series I find.
I’m wondering how often do people beyond kids re-watch movies and TV shows? Kids seem to be able to rewatch the same movies several times a day…
Or you melt down the pot which I’ve done by not paying attention to the pot that boiled dried. I couldn’t figure out what this metal stuff coming out of the bottom of the pot was for a moment.
I’m wondering which slot Lord Buckethead will come in
I’ve seen people argue the real numbers of the decline for China are much worse than they have shared and they may already be past the point of no return like Japan and South Korea. It’s going to be interesting to see how they handle an aging population.
Asia does have a more recent tradition of kids being the retirement plan so they might fair a little better than places like the US where that is not the norm anymore. The US with their infrastructure crumbling from underfunding and a general lack of care, should provide a good side by side comparison of the ride down with the differences of family versus industry support of seniors.
Well based on the American consumer trends they will basically eat anything that remotely looks or smells like food so I’m sure some cost cutting accountant thought this was a good idea…
Wait until they replace them with plastic alternatives with a food like coating in the years ahead…
For me coming from the Westcoast with lots of rain at sea level the lack of drain fields around the houses in the Prairies was a similar moment for me when I was looking at homes for a move many years ago. Their drain spouts just run out into the yard above the ground. It was a what the heck is going on here?
Their basements are also fully enclosed under ground. On the coast we require a secondary drain field just for the down spouts and the basements are only halfway in the ground so it was very strange to me.
Kind of reframes the whole being a vegetarian thing…
Love it. I never thought much of the scene again then every once in awhile the gf will do this tsss tsss and we both laugh.
She also breaks out with the dinosaur train song every now and again too so it just proves things can stick differently for all of us
I have to wonder what the scar lines from the various transplants and hair tucks would look like.
I’ve read he’s had a lot done to close the gap and make the George Constanza Ceasar’s crown into a full head of hair. That’s a lot of ground to pull up over. I don’t think it would look so smooth.
I can’t even imagine how much time he needs to spend each morning to get that thing ready for the public. That’s a lot of hairspray. Combine that with the orange spray tan and the makeup it’s not a 5 minute job.
Not sure why but I hear snake jazz when I see this.
I use to hate Microsoft so much for this with their early hardware I used to buy.
They would abandoned the devices by not providing the drivers needed for newer versions of Windows leaving the device a brick unless you want to still run 98 or XP.
I have a few of these devices in my place as a part of my home automation. It’s been struggling the last year with not confusing the basics and not mixing up the beginning of a news podcast as my voice commands. It seems like the newest display I own has the most issues.
I generally just use it to control and schedule lights and devices with smart plugs. The odd time I try to set timers or reminders but I’ve never really been a big voice command person. I too struggle on the best way to get it to play my YouTube music likes list. I just cast from my phone instead.
One thing it mostly gets right is stopping whatever is playing.
With my Soundbar no longer being new enough to work with Google Assistant I’m not looking forward to when the rest of my smart lights, switches, and plugs join it as we go forward.
I ended up on this last year as I was exploring the South West. I found it confusing even as a Canadian.
I then later was confusion when Google Maps told me to go 80 on Hwy 10 in Texas once I came up from Big Bend NP. I thought the GPS was confused. 80 kms on the highway in the US? It was then I realized I wasn’t in Oregon anymore with their 60 mph highways. Texas goes fast and even 80 mph isn’t enough for most people. Even the single lane highways with construction workers was 65 mph work zones in Texas.
It was the most amount of road kill I’ve ever seen in all my travels. I think at one stage a herd of goats must of tried to cross the highway based on the carnage I came across. I finally understood the reason for the huge bumpers on the front of trucks in Texas now.
